Yes. Currently all our online payments are processed using Paypal. Once you have made your purchase Paypal directs the funds to us, but do not provide us with any of your financial information. They guarantee 100% protection against unauthorised payments from your account

What if I don’t like using Paypal?

No problem! We accept mail orders of personal cheques or money orders, can arrange direct debit or simply give us a call and we can take your order over the phone and process your payment on our credit card terminal.

How much will delivery cost?

Our site will calculate the delivery cost based on your location and the size of the items you’ve ordered. It will add the delivery cost to your shopping cart before you finalise your order, so you can see the full cost before you go ahead. Retail orders over $300 receive free delivery.

How long will delivery take?

We love getting good service, so we strive to provide our customers with the best service possible. For most places in Australia, place your order by 12.00pm, and you should receive your order in 1-2 business days. We find most deliveries outside Australia take around 5 business days.

How can I clean my Kriega products?

If required, please clean your Kriega gear by wiping it with a damp cloth, or rinsing it gently if necessary using lukewarm water. Harsh chemicals, detergents or high heats can damage the materials which may affect their integrity or water proofing. When cleaning hydration reservoirs, please only use lukewarm water and a mild dilute detregent if required. Do not use harsh chemicals such as bottle sterilising solutions as these will damage the reservoir.
